RESOLUTION NO. 96-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; APPOINTING ONE REGULAR MEMBER TO THE COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFI ECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by Ordinance No.
17 -75 created a Board known as the Commercial Development Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral to appoint
one (1) regular member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Larry S. Weber is hereby appointed as a regular member of the
Commercial Development Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on June
1. 1998.,
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
