WHEREAS, the City of Cape Canaveral has contracted for improvements at its wastewater treatment facility; and WHEREAS, the new construction contained therein provides for the installation of a new power service; and WHEREAS, Florida Power & Light Corporation requires an Easement before the installation of said service. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The City hereby grants an Easement to Florida Power & Light Corporation in the form as attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption.
