A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; APPOINTING ONE REGULAR MEMBER TO THE
CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by Ordinance
No. 22 -83 created a Board known as the Code Enforcement Board of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral
to appoint one regular member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Tony Hernandez is hereby appointed as a regular member of the Code
Enforcement Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, in the Business Person designation,
with a term to expire on October 1, 1997.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
