RESOLUTION NO. 95 -03
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; APPOINTING ONE (1) REGULAR MEMBER TO THE
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 2 -83 (Zoning Code Section 110 -26)
provided for the creation of a Board of Adjustment of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City
of Cape Canaveral to appoint a regular to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Joan Calvert is hereby appointed as a
Regular Member of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on October 1, 1995.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
