I if r City of Cape C -c Tit-7 Community & Economic Development Department Cm of CAPE CANAVERAL PUBLIC NOTICE HELICOPTER DEMONSTRATION FLIGHT Mark Grainger of Florida Biplanes and Helicopters is seeking approval to operate a helicopter tour business in the City of Cape Canaveral. He will conduct a helicopter demonstration flight on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at 2pm that will include takeoffs and landings from two adjacent properties: 1) a vacant parcel at the northeast corner of SR AlA and Imperial Boulevard (between the AJT Building and the Sheldon Cove Building) and 2) the Florida Beer Company property. The helicopter will also fly a typical sightseeing route. The purpose is to give a "real time" demonstration of what the proposed operation would look and sound like. Please take notice this is not an official meeting of the Cape Canaveral City Council or any City Advisory Board/Committee. Notice is being provided to meet the spirit of the Sunshine Law to inform the public that Elected Officials and Advisory Board/Committee members will be present at this event.
