MIEREAS Rule 1.22. of Ordinance :.o. 19 -63 requires that each Councilmember shall have and be appointed certain areas of direct interest of City Government, and further that each .Council member shall be the source of information to the Council in his area of interest, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CUUNCIL UI' THE CITY OF CI.PE C;11L.VERI.L, FLORID ;., /S FOLLO'riS: SECTION 1. Councilman Vincent J. Lindemann is hereby assigned as his area of interest,. Public 1;orks, which shall include Roads, Power and Light Service, Telerbone Service, Traffic and Parking, and Waterways. SECTION 2. Councilman Paul V. I.nittel . is hereby assigned as his area of interest, Building and Zoning, which shall include, Zoning Board, Board of I.djustmenL, Building Inspector, City Planning and Schools. SECTION 3. Councilman Frank M. H000 is hereby assigned as his area of interest, Police, Fire and Recreation, which shall include Police Department, City Courts and Judges, Fire Lepartment, City Parks, and City Beaches. SECTION d. Councilman Richard It. Councilman G. J. Salvaaaio •_ is hereby assigned as his area of interest, Sanitation and Public Health; which shall include Sewage, Drainage, Water Service, Health and Sanitation Inspector, Garbage Service, Animal Control, and Liquor and Beverages. SECTION 6. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
