RESOLUTION N0, 67 -44
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City or Cape
Canaveral, Florida, has met on August 25, 1967, at 2:00
o'clock P.M. EDT, to open and consider all bids submitted
for $720,000.00 Public Improvement Revenue Bonds of such
City; and
;MEREAS, notice of sale was published in the
August 10, 1967 issue of TFM BOND BUYER in accordance with
the publisher's affidavit in proof thereof attached hereto;
and
WAEREAS, it appearing to the City Council that the
First National Bank of Cape Canaveral and
bids of _United States Government for the
$720,000.00 Public Improvement Revenue Zones, ..t the prices
and bearing interest as hereinafter stated, are t::o best
bids received;
NOW, TI BEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
Of the city Of Cape Canaveral, Florida as follows:
SECTION 1. The said $720,000 Public Improvement
Revenue Bonds of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, be award-
ed to the following Low bidders at the following prices and
interest rates;

SECTION 3. The Bonds shall be payable at the
First National Bank of Cape Canaveral, Cape Canaveral, Florida,
or, at the option of the holders thereof at the main office of
Chemical Bank New York Trust Company, in the Borrough of Man -
hattan, New York City, in the State of New York.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immedi-
ately upon passage.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, THIS 25th DAY OF AUGUST, 1967.
