FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFEC•r1VE DATE,
WHEREAS, the 131'cvnrd Comity School Board owns real properly located
in the City of Cap" Canaveral, )"lot•ida, adjacent to or near the Cape View
Ele omitary Scllool, eul
WHEREAS, the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, and the Brevard County
School Board ❑I {rl,us that it would be tothe mutual interest of both pal-ties to
establish it recreational facility on said property, and ••
WNER EAS, the Bruvard County School Board desires to permit the City
to establish the said recreational facility, subject to the tennis of a farmal
agreement between tilt, pcu•lies,
NOW, THEREFORE', be it resolved by the City Council of lilt. City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SI;C7'ION 1: The City of Cape Canaveral, Florida does hereby aulhovixe
the Mayor and City Clerk to execute tilt Agree lent between lice Brevat•cl County
School Board and the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof and nvirlied "llxhibit A ", which agree -
stunt establishes till, right of the City to cslablish a community recreational
facility on property owned by the 8rev ❑rd County School Board.
SECTION 'L: The agreement set forth in Paragraph I above., shall be
subject to Master tlgreanLenl by and bm--t n The Board of Public Instruction
of BYCVnrd County, Florida, and Thu Board of Couuly Conttnissione•s of
Brevard County, Florida, dated May L3, Intl, it copy of which is attached
