BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, I FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: The Honorable Rudy Underdown, Tax Collector for the County of Brevard, Florida, is hereby appointed the tax collector for the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, and is authorized to undertake the duties as such City Tax Collector as specified by law. SECTION 2: The rate of compensation of such tax collector shall be per agreement, a copy of which is attached hezeto and made a part hereof, which shall , be one-quarter of one percent of the amount of taxes collected for the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
