A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A REVISION 7'0 ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE 1970 THROUGH 1971 FISCAL YEAR;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE: DATE:.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL,
i'LORIDA, :,S FOLLOWS:
:SECTION 1. The revision to the budget which is attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, for the fiscal year October 1, 1970, through September 30,1971,
-- :icretoforc adopted on the 1st day of September, 1970 by Resolution
No. 70 -50, is hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION Z. This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
- DOPTED by the City. Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida
