RESOLUTION NO. 71-1 4
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
69-2 AND DETACHING CERTAIN PROPERTY
ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 69-2 annexed
certain property into the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council now deems it to be in the best
interest of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, to detach said

property from the city limits.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, THAT
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 69-2 annexing certain property
into the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, is hereby repealed and the
following described property is hereby detached from the City of Cape

Canaveral, Florida:
Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block 73,
AVON BY THE SEA SUBDIVISION,
as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 7,
Section 26, Township 24, Range 37,
Brevard County, Florida.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this /9 day of January, 1971.

I would like to have my property withdrawn from the City
of Cape Canaveral. The Hoogs had It annexed without my per-
mission when I was the legal owner.
