RESOLUTION NO . 711'21
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE
RECREATION BOARD ; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida, has by Ordinance no . 64- 24 created a Board to be known as
the Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral , Florida, and
WHEREAS, there now exists vacancies on the said Board
and it is now incumbent upon the Council to appoint members to said
Board,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, THAT
SECTION 1 . Mr. Stephen C. Besley, 531 Jackson Avenue ,
is hereby appointed as a member of the Recreation Board of the City
of Cape Canaveral , Florida, for a term to expire on June 1 , 1973 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of
Cape Canaveral , Florida .
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida on this 1st day of June , 1971 .
