RESOLUTION NO . 71- 27
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING
AND PLANNING BOARD; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida, has by Ordinance No . 18-63 created a Board to be known
as the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Cape Canaveral , and
WHEREAS , there now exists vacancies on the said board by
reason of the expiration of terms , and it is now incumbent upon the
Council to reappoint two members of the said board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL , FLORIDA, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Frank Martin and Russell De Veau, be and the
same are hereby reappointed as members of the Zoning and Planning
Board of the City of Cape Canaveral , Florida , for terms to expire
on the third Tuesday in June 1973 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of
Cape Canaveral , Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida, this 15th day of June 1971 .
