RESOLUTION NO. 71-33
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY BEAUTIFICATION
BOARD; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, there is established by the general laws of
Florida, a Charter of the City of Cape Canaveral and Ordinance
No . i1-68 of this City, authority for the creation of a City
Beautification Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral as follows :
SECTION 1 . Mrs. Virginia Valluzzi, 1444 Bayshore Drive,
by and the same is hereby appointed as a member of the City
Beautification Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida for
a term expiring on the 3rd day of December, 1972 .
SECTION 2. The said appointee is hereby duly directed

and authorized to undertake and perform the duties and respon-
sibilities as prescribed in Ordinance No. 11-68 of this City
and in the general laws of this Sate.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida this 17th day of August, 1971.
