RESOLUTION NO. 71-36
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE
ON THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida,
deems it feasible to appoint a representative on the Economic Development
Committee, as being in the best interest of the City of Cape Canaveral;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Mayor George H. Firkins,ts hereby
appointed as the duly constituted representative of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, on the Economic Development Committee, and shall
represent the City of Cape Canaveral in all matters coming before said ' '*
Committee.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon its adoption and approval by the City Council of the Qty of Cape
Canaveral, Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 5th day of October, 197
