A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING 13FACHES IN T111"
CITY OP CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, ON
WHICH ANIMALS ARE SPITCIFICALLY PROHIBITED.
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 10 -70, the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, adopted the Brevard County Animal Control
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Section 4 -14 of said Animal Control Ordinance
requires the City, to designate on which beaches in the Cit\, :nninnals
are specificaly prohibited;
NOW, THERI3FORE, BE IT TtESOLVED By I'llli CI'1'1'
COUNCIL. 01' THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AS
FOLLOWS:
SEC'T'ION 1. All beaches located within the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, are hereby designated as beaches on which
animals are specifically prohibited, in accordance with Section 4 -14
of the Animal Control Ordinance adopted by Ordinance No. 10 -70,
Cxccpt between the hours of 7:00 p. nn, and 7:00 a. m., as otherwise
provided in Ordinance No. 14 -71.
SECTION 2. This Resolution Shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and approval by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
ADOPT IM by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this day of September, 1971.

Canaveral, I'lorida, adopted the Orevard County Animal Control
Ordinance; and

requires the City to designate on which beaches in the City animals
are specifically prohibited;

animals are specifically prohibited, in accordance with Section 4-14

SECTION 2. Tills itesolutiun shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption and approval by the City Council of
the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
