RESOLUTION NO. 72-9

A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE ZONING
AND PLANNING BOARD; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE .
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida, has by Ordinance No . 18-63 created a Board to be known
as the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Cape Canaveral , and
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the said Board by
reason of resignation of a member , and it is noW_incumbent upon the
Council to appoint and constitute the full membership of the said
Board.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, THAT :
SECTION 1 . Franklyn P . Maclay, 630ADams Avenue , Cape
Canaveral , Florida be and the same is hereby appointed as a member
of the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, for a term to expire on the third Tuesday in Jupe , 19742 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become effective immed-
iately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral , Florida .
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida, on the 15th day of Febr a y 1972 .
