ordinance adopted the SOathCI.11 Standard Building Code; and
WHEREAS, Section l l l of said Code establishes a Board
to be called the "hoard of Adjustments and Appeals" and sets forth the
qualifications for appointment, term of office and procedure; and

the City of Cale Canaveral, Florida, to establish such a Board it, review a
decision of the Building Official;

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. MR. RALPH DUNNING
Is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals of
the City Of Cape Ca1li1Vl'I'al, Florida, for n term to expire un August 13, 1973.
SECTION 2. MR. E. H. ALLEN
Is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustnl0nts and Appeals of
the City of Cape Canaveral. Florida, for n tern, m expire on August 15, 197:3.
SECTION :3. MR. GEORGE MEGGINSON
is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals of
the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, for a term to expire on August IS, 1974.
SEC'T'ION 4. MR. FRANK WAMICO
is hereby appointed as a memlwr of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals of
the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, for a tertm to expire on August 15, 1974.
SECTION 5. MR. D. TAD ALLEN
Is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals of
the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, for a term to expire on August 15, 1975.

SECTION 6. This Resolution shall become effect ive
immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Cape
