( FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:

Sec. 1. Certifying Intent to Abolish. Municipal Court. .
The City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, hereby
certifies to the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court in and of
Brevard County, Florida, its intention to abolish the municipal
court of the City of Cape Canaveral effective August 1, 1974
or as soon thereafter as may be abolished in accordance with
applicable laws and procedures.
ii Sec. 2. This resolution shall become effective immed-
iately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Cape
1 Canaveral, Florida.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAV-
ERAL, FLORIDA, THIS 18th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1973 .
