01° CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ad -hoc Committee Established: Pursuant to
Article AXIV, Section 7, City of Cape Canaveral Charter, there is hereby
::OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
establisllCLI an Ad -hoc Committee to investigate all departments /of the City,
hereinafter referred to as the Committee.
SECTION 2. Committee Organization: The Committee
shall consist of the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
The Chairman of the Committee shall Inc the Mayor of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, The Chairman or a majority of the Council shall
determine the [line and date of all meetings which shall be held at the City
Iinll. The Chief of Iblice shall be Sergeant -at -Arms. The City Clerk
shall be secretary to the Committee.
SECTION J. Purpose and Scope. The Committee shall in-

(a) To determine the extent of any violation of
the Intent, spirit and substance of the City's ordinances.
(b) To deternlinC the extent and type of in-

(c) To formulate appropriate remedial
legislation.
SECTION a. Tills Resolution shall become effective immed-
lately upon Its adoption by theCity of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
