" ; --Vi'`` a� • .,.. �P •''' •VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. • ;ter � � . ay.,- f r , `; WHEREAS , Resolution No . 73-44 was adopted by the ' ,,-, ci•t•y:._Cpuricir of the City of Cape Canaveral on September 18 , 1973 ; and s�:NA©� �E� �; 5'- __,-2 WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral , Florida, deems it in the best interest of the City to further study the 0 impact of the abolishment of its Municipal Court upon the City and its inhabitants ; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL , FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS : SECTION71 . Resolution No . 73-44 , entitled "A Resolution Certifying the Intent of the City of Cape Canaveral to Abolish its Municipal Court ; Providing an Effective Date ," and adopted by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral , Florida, on September 18 , 1973 , is hereby rescinded it its entirety. • SECTION 2 . It is the intent of the City Council of . the City of Cape Canaveral , Florida, that its Municipal Court not be abolished as provided in Resolution No . 73-44 , and that said Municipal Court continue to operate as provided by law. SECTION 3 , The City Clerk is hereby directed to furnish the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court. in and for Brevard County, Florida , with a certified copy of this Resolution. j SECTION 4 . This Resolution shall become effective • immediately upon its adoption by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral , Florida . 0 .
