RESOLUTION NO. 76-5
A RESOLUTION TERMINATING SERVICES OF THE CITY
ATTORNEY AND ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida appointed Stanley Wolfman City Attorney by Resolution No.
68-11, and appointed Richard F. Scott Assistant City Attorney by
0 Resolution No. 69-38; and
WHEREAS, the City Council appointed Richard F. Scott as
City Attorney, effective March 1,1976. by Resolution No. 76-4 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida as follows :
SECTION 1. Stanley Wolfman is hereby terminated as City
Attorney as of March 1 , 1976.
SECTION 2 . Richard F. Scott is hereby terminated as
Assistant City Attorney as of March 1 , 1976.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective on
March 1 , 1976.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral ,
Florida, this :24thday of February, 1976.
