RESOLUTION NO. 76-39
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MRS. JESSIE FAIRMAN AS
AN HONORARY LIFETIME MEMBER OF THE CAPE CANAVERAL
BEAUTIFICATION BOARD; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Mrs. Jessie Fairman has been a member of the
Beautification Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, since its
inception.in.1969; and is a charter member of said Board; and

WHEREAS, she has served said Beautification Board with dedication
and competence; and
WHEREAS, the Beautification Board has recommended that Mrs.
Fairman be named an Honorary Lifetime Member;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Mrs. Jessie Fairman is hereby appointed as an
Honorary Lifetime Member of the Beautification Board of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, in recognition of her devoted and competent loyal
membership on said Board since its inception in 1969.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, on behalf of the citizens of the City of Cape Canaveral, hereby
express their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mrs. Fairman for her
service to the City of Cape Canaveral and for her continued interest and
loyalty to the Beautification Board and to the City of Cape Canaveral.
- SECTION 3. This Res-;elution shall become effective immediately
