RESOLUTION NO. 76-41
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, has by Ordinance No. 10-75, City Zoning
Code Section 645. 13 , provided for the creation of a Board
of Adjustment of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the said
Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the Council to
appoint a member to the Board of Adjustment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Robe- L. Laws is hereby
appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustment of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida to serve at the pleasure
of the City Council for an indefinite period until Council
has an opportunity to set qualifications and rules of pro-
cedure for the Board.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption by the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida this- 27 day of July , 1976..
