RESOLUTION NO, 76-52, MICROFILMED 4-10-80
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TERMS OF OFFICE FOR
BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBERS PREVIOUSLY
APPOINTED; APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT; APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida,
has, by Ordinance No. 10-75, City Zoning Code Section 645.13, provided
for the creation of a Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida; and
10 . WHEREAS, certain members of the Board of Adjustment have been
appointed pursuant to Ordinance No. 10-75 to serve for an indefinite period;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to establish the terms of
office of said Board of Adjustment members; and
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on said Board of Adjustment,
and a vacancy on the alternate Board of Adjustment;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Board of Adjustment members George Meguiar,
Charles Muhs and Richard Thurm , shall continue to serve on the
Board of Adjustment until October 19, 1979.
SECTION 2. Board of Adjustment member Robert Laws shall serve
on the Board of Adjustment until October 19, 1978.
SECTION 3. Alternate Board of Adjustment member Eugene Jandreau
is hereby appointed as a regular member of the Board of Adjustment for a term
to expire on October 19, 1978.
SECTION 4. Michael Brady is hereby appointed to serve as an
alternate member of the Board of Adjustment for a term to expire on
[I/ October 19, 1978.
SECTION 5. This Resolution will become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
