RESOLUTION NO. 77-41
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS
TO THE CITY BEAUTIFICATION BOARD;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, there is established by the general /7'
laws of Florida, a Charter of the City of Cape Canaveral
and Ordinance No. 11-68 of this City, authority for the
creation of a City Beautification Board;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, that:
SECTION 1. Paul Eaton , Garnet Chaney
Leslie Nelson , and Ruby .
Andersen , are hereby appointed as members of the
City Beautification Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida for terms to expire on November 7, 1979 '.
SECTION 2. The said appointees are hereby duly
directed and authorized to undertake and perform the duties
and responsibilities as prescribed in Ordinance No. 11-68
ot this City and in the general laws of this State.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida this - 6 day of December , 1977.
