NOTICE OF PUBLIC NEARING
The City Council of the City of Cape Ca-
naveral, Florida will hold a Public Hearing
for the purpose of discussing Ordinance No.
04-2012 in the Cape Canaveral Library
Meeting Room, 201 Polk Avenue, Cape Ca-
naveral, Florida at 6 P.M., on Tuesday,
April 17, 2012. The Ordinance may be in-
spected in its entirety in the City Clerk's of-
fice during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00
P. m., Monday -Friday).
ORDINANCE 04-2012
An Ordinance of the City Council of the City
of Cape Canaveral, Florida, amending Arti-
cle IV of Chapter 78 related to the City's Re-
claimed Water Utility; providing that re-
claimed water rates shall be established by
Resolution of the City Council; establish-
ing a new equivalency basis for reclaimed
water service levels; providing for the repeal
of prior inconsistent ordinances and resolu-
tions; incorporation into the Code; severabil-
ity; and an effective date.
Pursuant to Section 286.1015, Florida Stat-
utes, the City hereby advises the public that:
If a person decides to appeal any decision
made by the City Council with respect to
any matter considered at this meeting, that
person will need a record of the Proceed-
ings, and for such purpose that Person
might need to ensure that a verbatim record
of the proce6dings is made, which record
includes the testimony and evidence upon
which4he appeal is to be based. This notice
does not constitute consent by the City for
the introduction or admission into evidence
of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evi-
dence, nor does it authorize challenges or
appeals not otherwise allowed by law. Per-
