The Ordinance maybe inspected in its entirety in the City Clerk's office during business hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mon- day -Friday). ORDINANCE 02-2011 An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, amending Sec- tion 110-486 of the Code of Ordinances relat- ed to Resort Dwellings and Resort Condo- miniums; requiring Nonconforming Resort Dwellings and Resort Condominiums to be licensed by the State in order to oper- ate; providing that Nonconforming Resort Dwellings and Resort Condominiums shall be considered abandoned and lose their Nonconforming Status if their State license lapses for more than 180 days; providing for the repeal of prior inconsistent ordinances and resolutions; incorporation into the Code; severability; and an effective date. Pursuant to Section 286.1015, Florida Stat- utes, the City hereby advises the public that: Ifa person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceed- ings, and for such purpose that person might need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal into be based. This notice does not constitute consent by the -City for the introduction or admission into evidence of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evi- dence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
