Adopt Resolution No. 2012 -24; adopting a Final Millage Rate for the levy of Ad Valorem Taxes for Fiscal Year 2012/2013 on all taxable property located within the City Of Cape Canaveral, Brevard County, Florida. 2. Ordinance No. 15 -2012; adopting the Annual General Fund, Wastewater Enterprise Fund, Stormwater Enterprise Fund and Special Revenue Funds Budgets for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2012, and ending September 30, 2013. ITEMS FOR ACTION: 5:40 p.m. — 5:50 p.m. 3. Adopt Resolution No. 2012 -19; authorizing an Addendum to the Contract for Fire Protection and Emergency Medical Services between the City and the Cape Canaveral Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. 4. Adopt Resolution No. 2012 -20; authorizing an Addendum to the Agreement for Municipal Law Enforcement Services between the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida and J.R. "Jack" Parker, as Sheriff of Brevard County; providing for an effective date.
