HomeMy WebLinkAboutMinutes 02-03-2003CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD FEBRUARY 3, 2003 MINUTES A meeting of the City of Cape Canaveral Community Appearance Board was held on February 3, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Annex, 111 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, Florida. The secretary called the roll. MEMBERS PRESENT Walter Bowman Randy Camomilli Karen Hayes Paul Hurley Burt Bruns Chairperson Vice Chairperson OTHERS PRESENT Thomas Bubb Jeff Buak Jane Scofield Building Inspector/Plans Examiner City Attorney Secretary NEW BUSrNESS Approval of Meeting Minutes: January 6, 2003 Motion by Hayes, seconded by Camomilli to approve the January 6, 2003 meeting minutes as submitted. Vote on the motion carried unanimously. Attorney Buak swore in all persons giving testimony. 2. Request No. 03 -03 — All Shores Construction — Townhouses — 214 & 216 Adams Avenue - James Morgan, Applicant. Mr. Morgan testified that these 2 townhomes would be identical to the other 2 townhomes (218 & 220) next to them. Same colors, landscaping and square footage (1,540). There will also be a 4 foot wide sidewalk in front of the townhomes. Ms. Hayes mentioned that all the new townhomes look alike. Mr. Morgan responded that people like this style. A short discussion followed. Motion by Mr. Camomilli, seconded by Mr. Bruns to approve Request No. 03-03. Vote on the motion was 4 to 1.
