I We recommend that an ordinance amending City Ordinance No 81-64-E, specifically Section 1, be adopted by the City. This new ordinance should use the exact language of the attached legal description. We further recommend that if it is not already City Policy, the City require any new rezoning requests to include an adequate legal description and that all future zoning ordinances include this legal description. It would also help to avoid future problems such as this, if any parcel rezoned were identified by ordinance number on the original of the zoning map.
