The information you provided and the information we have in-house have proved inadequate to determine a precise location for this boundary. What appears to be required is the City having a survey done, to locate the relation of.S.R. 401, as of June 15, 1965, to the west line of Section 26., as shown on the attached sketch. With that survey, a rigorous delineation by meets and bounds can be established for .the..zone boundary in question. The meets and bounds description may then be developed either by ourselves or a Registered Land Surveyor. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
