A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, 1'
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; APPOINTING TWO (2)
DELEGATES AT LARGE TO THE LOCAL PLANNING
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City
(
of Cape Canaveral to appoint two (2) delegates at large to said
Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Leo Nicholas is hereby appointed as an at
large delegate to the Local Planning Agency of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on November 3, 1996 .
SECTION 2. Rocky Randels is hereby appointed as an at
large delegate to the Local Planning Agency of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on November 3, 1996 .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 2nd day of AuTlst , 1994 .
