A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by City
Ordinance No 11-2005 (Zoning Code Section 110-2) created a Board known as the Board
of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral
to appoint a Member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Arvo Eilau is hereby appointed as a Member of the Board of
Adjustment of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on May 1, 2015.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, this 17th day
