Cape Canaveral, Florida on Monday, June 27, 2005 at 7:30 P.M.
Special Exception Request No. 05 -02 to Allow Residential Use in the C -1 Zoning District
- (Shady Villas) - Section 14, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Lot 1, Harbor Heights
West Subdivision, and Parcel A -16 (Corner of Seashell Lane and N. Atlantic Avenue) -
All Shores Construction & Development, Inc. /James E. Morgan, Petitioner.
Interested parties are invited to attend this meeting and be heard. If any person decides
to appeal any decision made by the Board of Adjustment with respect to any matter
considered at this meeting, he /she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such
purpose he /she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made.
