HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 07-2011 ORDINANCE NO 07 -2011 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; ADOPTING THE ANNUAL GENERAL FUND, WASTEWATER TREATMENT FUND, STORMWATER ENTERPRISE FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS, AND EXPENDABLE TRUST FUNDS BUDGETS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2011, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2012; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Brevard County, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The Annual General Fund, Wastewater Treatment Fund, Stormwater Enterprise Fund, Special Revenue Funds, and Expendable Trust Funds Budgets which are I attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida for 1 the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011, and ending September 30, 2012, are hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
