= A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE ANNUAL GENERAL FUND,
SEWER ENTERPRISE FUND, AND SPECIAL REVENUE FUND
BUDGETS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2000,
1 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2001; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
I DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Brevard
I County, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Annual General Fund, Sewer Enterprise Fund, Special Revenue
Funds Budget Adjustments, which are attached hereto and by reference made a part

I hereof, of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida for the fiscal year beginning October 1,
2000, and ending September 30, 2001, are hereby approved and amended.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, this 1st
day of May , 2001.
