FLORIDA;
REAPPOINTING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, ,
REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF
CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by Ordinance No 2-83
(Zoning Code Section 110-26) provided for the creation of a Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral to reappoint
Regular Members to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida,
as follows:
SECTION 1. Robert Laws. Earl McMillin and Marilyn Riaerman are hereby reappointed as
members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, with term to expire on October
1.2005.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
