A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "ADAMS VILLAS —
PHASE II "; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO
CERTIFY THE PLAT; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Thomas H. Quinn, has complied with the platting procedures of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape

Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Plat for Adams Villas, Phase 11, Final Re -Plat of Lots 1, 2 &
West 25 -Feet of Lot 3, Block 7, Avon -by- the -Sea Subdivision, (107 & 109 Adams)
Avenue is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
plat.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, this 7"'
day of May, 2002.
