A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE RECREATION
BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by Code
Section 54 -26 created a Board known as the Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the city of Cape Canaveral to
appoint an Altemate Member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. BiIIv SDecht is hereby appointed as The First Altemate Member of the
Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on October 1,
2004.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida this 15 day of January, 2002.
