A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA;
I C REAPPOINTING ONE ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF
THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by Ordinance No 2 -83
i
(Zoning Code Section 110 -26) provided for the creation of a Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida; and

WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral to reappoint

an Alternate Member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida,

1 as follows:

SECTION 1. Paula Collins is hereby reappointed as an Altemate member of the Board of
Adjustment of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, with term to expire on October 1, 2006.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida this 21st day of October 2003.
