A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; REAPPOINTING FOUR REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by City
Code Section 2 -256 created a Board known as the Code Enforcement Board; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral to re- appoint one regular member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Mary Russell, Walter Godfrey, Karen Hartley and Craig Stewart are
hereby reappointed to the Code Enforcement Board in the City of Cape Canaveral with a
term to expire on October 1, 2006.
SECTION Z. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, this 7th day of
