NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Brevard County, Florida, that: Section 1, The name Thurm Boulevard is adopted for the above - described roadway. Section 2. This renaming shall become effective upon adoption of this resolution. I Section 3. This Resolution shall be recorded in the Official Records Book in the f :. office of the Circuit and County Courts, and a copy of same shall be forwarded to the Post Office, Supervisor of Elections, and all concerned public safety agencies for their information, and that the proper notations shall be made on all maps of record.
