1. RETENTION OF BUSINESSES (EXISTING AND EXPANSION)
2. ESTABLISH ONGOING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CITY COUNCIL
3. MARKETING THE CITY (DVD, RETIREES, DOCKSIDE GAMBLING)
4. IDENTIFY A LOCATION FOR A CITY ATTRACTION (SPACE MUSEUM,
ART/MARKETPLACE, RETAIL OUTLET)
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
TACTICAL PLAN FOR IMMEDIATE DIRECT OUTREACH TO
CITY BUSINESSES
CATEGORIZE THE BUSINESSES WITHIN THE CITY AND DEVELOP
CONTACTS ON A LOCAL LEVEL
2. ASSIGN CATEGORY/GROUP CONTACTS TO BOARD MEMBERS
IDENTIFY OUTREACH PLAN
• ORGANIZE SITE VISITS TO VARIOUS COMPANIES
• INTEGRATE CAPE CANAVERAL BRANCH OF COCOA BEACH
