Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 2005-05; Urging Members of the Florida Legislature to Support Growth Management Issues During the 2005 Legislative Session. 3. Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 2005 -06; Appointing a Regular Member (A. Schaffner) and Appointing an Alternate Member (J. Hale) to the Beautification Board. 4. American Legion Request for a Waiver of Sewer Impact Fees and Building Permit Fees. 5. Proposal from Florida Power and Light to Install Decorative Street Lighting in the City Hall Complex Area. CONSIDERATIONS: 6. Motion to Approve: Emergency Medical Services Agreement with Brevard County. 8. Motion to Approve: Quarterly Treasurer's Report and Budget Transfers for the Period Ending December 31, 2004. Citizens will limit their comments to five (5) minutes. The City Council will not take any action under the "Audience To Be Heard" section of the agenda. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.
