A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; REAPPOINTING REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
BOARD of THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by
Ordinance No. 22 -83 created a Board known as the Code Enforcement Board; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral to reappoint members to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Mary Russell is hereby reappointed to the Code Enforcement
Board in the City of Cape Canaveral with a term to expire on October 1 2009.
SECTION 2. Walter Godfrev, Jr. is hereby reappointed to the Code Enforcement
Board in the City of Cape Canaveral with a term to expire on October 1 2008.
SECTION 3 . Karen Hartley and Craig _ Stewart are hereby reappointed to the

Code Enforcement Board in the City of Cape Canaveral with terms to expire on October
1 2007
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Gape Canaveral, Florida, this 19th day of
September 2606.
