RESOLUTION NO. 2006-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; APPOINTING A REGULAR MEMBER TO THE BUSINESS AND
cr, CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has established by
Code Section 22-27, the Business and Cultural Development Board; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral to
appoint a Regular Member to said Board.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Shannon Roberts is hereby appointed as a Regular Member of the Business
&Cultural Development Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on
June 1, 2008.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, this 21st day of
March, 2006.
