A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE
GENERAL ELECTION OF NOVEMBER 6, 2007; PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Brevard
County, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council accepts the certification of the election returns as
submitted by the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections for the General Election of
November 6, 2007. The City Council certifies as proper the following election returns for
City Council (vote for Two) the whole number of votes cast was 1872 of which number:
Candidate for City Council Total Votes
Buzz Petsos 668
Shannon Roberts 627
Craig Stewart 577
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its ECT y on adoption.

ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, this 8th
day of November, 2007.
