A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA; APPROVING THE FINAL REPLAT OF "LAWS
TOWNHOMES"; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
REPLAT; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Thomas and Nancy Laws, complied with the platting procedures of
the city of cape Canaveral, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1 . The Final Replat of Laws Townhomes, a Replat of Lot 5, Block
69, Avon -by- the -Sea , is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said replat.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the city Council of the city of cape Canaveral, Florida, this 15th
day of , 2007.
