2. Request No. 09-04 - Window Sign - 102 Columbia Drive, #210 - Denise
Berg for Kendal Sign Company, Applicant.
Denise Berg, applicant, advised that the request was to install a neon window
sign at Cindy's Massage. She explained that there would be no exposed neon;
the existing sign would remain in the north window; this sign will be installed on
the south window. She advised that other window signs at 102 Columbia were
not permitted and did not meet the city's sign code. The Board members
reviewed photos of existing window signs in the other tenants' windows. Walter
Bowman commented that there was no continuity with the other signs and this
sign was more organized in its presentation. Kelley Jensen commented that the
window signs appeared hodge podge.
